Derrick Patterson

Derrick is a passionate and hardworking real estate agent whose goal is to make the buying and selling process as easy as possible. 

Derrick works hard to build confidence with his clients by showing them that he is on their side, fighting for them. He strives to enhance the client experience and finds immense satisfaction in helping others. Not only is it his career, but his passion as well. 

Derrick was born and raised in West Michigan and has decided to pursue his career in the place he calls home. He attended Ferris State University and received his Associates Degree in Construction Management. 

Derrick loves spending time with his friends and family and enjoying the beautiful Michigan outdoors. He enjoys water and snow skiing and spending time at the lake.
