As a licensed real estate agent I provide guidance to sellers and buyers so they get the right price and the best terms while marketing or purchasing their home. I stay updated on current market trends, average sales prices, and CHFA lender requirements. My expertise as a buying agent, selling agent, or exclusive buyer agency helps to ensure that both parties get what they want out of their transaction. When it comes to homes for sale, I negotiate the satisfaction of both the buyer’s and seller’s needs. I have the experience necessary to help a buyer find their next property, negotiate with a seller on their behalf, put together an attractive purchase offer, and represent them in closing. I am also able to advise clients on agent fees, realtor fees, agents commission, and other costs associated with home transactions. Additionally, I am familiar with all local regulations pertaining to contracts between buyers and sellers which helps guarantee a satisfactory home sale. By leveraging this knowledge I help bridge the gap between buyers and sellers while making sure everyone is on equal footing throughout the process. My goal is always to make sure each client understands all aspects involved in a real estate transaction before signing on any dotted line.
